No. The site uses RFQ guidance only. Final MOQ, packaging, sample policy, lead time, payment method, and document scope are confirmed by product, partner manufacturer, quantity, packaging complexity, and destination market before quotation.
Export document discussion can include MSDS, EAC, customs declaration documents, and third-party quality reports. These documents should be confirmed product by product and supplier by supplier before being treated as final shipment requirements.
A useful RFQ should include product category, destination country, estimated quantity, package size, private-label needs, language and artwork direction, formula or fragrance direction, sample request, document requirements, and target lead time.
Yes. Buyers can submit one RFQ covering several cleaning product categories, such as laundry powder, laundry liquid, soap, and hand wash, so Senduo can review a category combination rather than a single SKU only.
No. Public pricing remains RFQ-only. Buyers can share quantity, packaging, formula, sample, document, and destination requirements, then Senduo will compare suitable supply options for quotation.
Samples and OEM custom sampling can be discussed before bulk quotation. Neutral samples, free sample availability, freight cost, and custom sample timing are confirmed case by case through RFQ.
